Marmro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. Marmro complies with the federal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the text of which can be found at the U.S. Copyright Office.
We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and applicable law. If you believe that any content on Marmro has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send us a written notice containing the following information:
To File a Copyright Infringement Notice
Please include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information sufficient for us to locate it (e.g., a URL).
- Your contact information — including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
To File a Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed)
If you believe your removed content is not infringing, or you have the necessary rights to use it, you may send us a counter-notice containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name).
- Identification of the content that was removed or access disabled, including where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original copyright complaint.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Marmro may forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not initiate legal action within 10 to 14 business days, Marmro may, at its sole discretion, restore the removed content.
